You should try and get fruit and vegetables in your diet since they're very good for you. The minerals and vitamins they supply are very crucial to your body's proper functioning. Five servings a day of veggies or fruit must be the minimum. You can choose 'em - oranges, squash, apples, tomatoes . . . whatever. It's not too difficult!

Did you know it takes more or less 20 minutes for your belly to be full? This means you should slow down your eating. We've all been there; we eat a big platter of food, a meal onto itself, but we're not at all full so we find something more to eat. Then after another 10 minutes they feel utterly full. Always sit back, appreciate your surroundings and relish your meal at a nice, measured pace.

Irrespective of how great it tastes, sugar is bad for you - real bad. Because it's in all kinds of unlikely foods, you can't entirely avoid it, but you sure can limit it. When picking out a desert, go for something with less sugar content or even better ingest some fruit. Drink diet sodas as an alternative to full sugar sodas.
